Individuals in the Supported Employment program receive a variety of services with the primary outcome being employment.
Career Development Services
- Accredited Employment Specialists
- Weekly employment class
- Resume building, Internet searches, attendance at job fairs and development of employment leads through community partnerships
- Completing applications, coordinating job interviews, and scheduling job coaching services as needed
- Transportation training is available to the individuals, as needed, to further promote independence
Case Management
- Oversees service delivery
- Communicates with the individual’s family, advocates, and stakeholders as needed
- Attend individuals’ annual PCP (Person Centered Plan)
- Works with direct staff to support the individual in achieving outcomes and goals, as developed by the individual and team
